Poor Sam! It reminds me of a story my dad tells from his residency days in Chicago. A patient was given a diuretic in the evening, and when my dad came back to check on him early in the morning, the man was standing in the bathroom in front of the toilet, and said in a haggard voice "Doc, I've been peein' <i>all night</i>! <b><i>All Night!</i></b>" Your dream had me literally falling over from laughing so hard. Poor Sam!
